Ingredients
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 4 tablespoons green onions
- 1 pound pork chops (4 small chops)
Preparation
- Mix marmalade and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Chop green onions. Spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Stir-fry green onions until tender crisp. Stir in marmalade glaze and heat.
- Broil pork chops 4" from heat, 3 minutes per side or until cooked.
- Pour glaze over broiled chops and serve.
Helpful hints
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to orange glaze for extra spice.
