Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized bagel
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup low cholesterol egg substitute
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° F. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.

Break bagel into small pieces and place in baking dish.

Mix together almond milk, egg product, sugar and cinnamon together, then pour over bagel pieces. Set aside for a few minutes until the bagels absorb the liquid.

Bake for 30 minutes or until browned on top. Serve warm or cold. Add whipped topping if desired.

- Medium sized bagels weigh 2 ounces each.
